Teams

Anthony Marinaccio

Anthony Marinaccio is the founding member and owner of Marinaccio Law, providing guidance to clients in landlord-tenant matters, evictions, probate actions, trust related matters, and civil litigation matters. His extensive experience is in rent control, the Tenant Protection Act, Fair Housing issues, and habitability claims. His experience includes litigation, including unlawful detainers and civil litigation, along with transactional matters, including lease negotiations and estate planning drafting.

Mr. Marinaccio has extensive jury trial experience and has first chaired a number of jury trials, including both civil and unlawful detainer matters, through verdict. His extensive unlawful detainer experience includes properties subject to local rent control ordinances, including the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance and County of Los Angeles Ordinance. Throughout his career, Mr. Marinaccio has represented a variety of clients, including “mom and pop landlords,” property management companies, and tenants on a variety of landlord-tenant matters, including breach of contract, failure to pay rent and nuisance matters.

Further, Mr. Marinaccio has extensive experience in administrative hearings, including hearings with the City of Los Angeles and Fair Housing.

Mr. Marinaccio previously worked at a law firm representing local municipalities in transactional and litigation matters.

Mr. Marinaccio graduated with B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of San Diego. He obtained a J.D. from Whittier Law School.

Isaac Guzman

Isaac is a litigation associate at Marinaccio Law, providing guidance to clients on probate, business, and real estate-related matters, including landlord tenant, fair housing, rent control, habitability claims. His experience covers both civil litigation and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Marinaccio Law, Isaac worked at a boutique real estate firm, zealously advocating for clients in civil, unlawful detainer actions, and general housing cases. He previously worked at an Orange County legal aid organization representing and defending vulnerable clients in the preservation of their housing rights.

Isaac also spent time working for the then largest privately held wireless infrastructure company in the U.S., assisting the four major national cell phone carriers, sports and entertainment venues, private and public landlords with real property rights and the resolution of disputes in those areas such as leasing, licensing, operating, construction, and property management agreements, corporate resolutions, and the financial tracking of over $90 million of target deliverables.

Isaac earned his JD from Seattle University School of Law. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

Outside of the office, courtroom, and assisting clients, Isaac enjoys running, playing tennis, and spending time with his family.
